What
can I
Expect?

All classes are 1 hour long.

Come to your first class in your regular workout clothes, you will not be required to get a gi (traditional martial arts uniform) until you decide to move forward with training.

Our classes are all levels. Our higher level students pride themselves on the support and guidance they give our new and less advanced students. We encourage students who have not had any marital arts training to join our dojo.
